To earn Rewards you need to log into Online or Mobile banking at least once every three months and pay in £1,500 to an eligible NatWest account every month.

What are Rewards?

What are Rewards?

Rewards are our way of giving you something back. Get rewarded on 7 types of household bills paid by Direct Debit. Your Reward balance can grow quickly, they’re easy to earn and they’re easy to exchange.

How do I earn Rewards?

You’ll earn 2% on eligible household bills paid by Direct Debit and at least 1% at our partner retailers.

How do I exchange Rewards?

It’s easy. Once your balance has grown to at least £5, we’ll give you a choice of what you can do with them. You can bank them, trade them or donate them to one of our chosen charities.

We're changing the way you can earn Rewards

On the 1st February 2020, instead of earning 2% back in Rewards on household bills, you'll earn £9 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits - 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £4.50 each. Plus, earn an extra £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.

That's up to £10 a month back in Rewards to spend on whatever you like!

Switch to NatWest Premier

The Current Account Switch Service will do all the work when it comes to switching, moving everything across from your old account all within 7 working days, including Direct Debits and standing orders. All you need to do is tell us the details of your old bank account and when you want the Switch to start.

Ready to apply?

To open this account you must meet these requirements:

 
Aged 18+, a UK resident and not been declared bankrupt in the last 6 years
 

To earn Rewards on your household bills, you need to:

Log into Online or Mobile Banking at least once every three months

Pay in £1,500 each calender month to any personal current account you have with us (excluding Foundation). The £1,500 can’t be transferred from another of your NatWest accounts. 


You must also meet one of these criteria:

Minimum £100k savings or investments held with us.
