How do I earn Rewards?
Effective from 1st February 2020, you could earn Rewards if you have one of the following NatWest current accounts or cards:
If you hold a Reward current account
If you hold a Reward, Reward Silver or Reward Platinum account with NatWest you'll earn £4 in Rewards every month where you have two or more Direct Debits paid from your Reward account – two of these Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.
If you hold a Premier Reward or Reward Black account you'll earn £9 in Rewards when you have two or more Direct Debits paid from your NatWest Premier Reward or Reward Black account - two of these Direct Debits need to be £4.50 each.

By logging in to our mobile banking app
You’ll earn an additional £1 back in Rewards every calendar month you log into our mobile banking app. To register for Mobile Banking, download our app by searching for ‘NatWest’ on your app store. If you’re an existing Mobile banking customer, simply log into our mobile banking app.
The Mobile banking app is available to customers with Online Banking, compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
If you hold a Reward credit card
You are eligible for the following rewards every time you shop with your Reward or Reward Black credit card:
Reward Credit Card
- 1% on all supermarket purchases (0.25% on supermarket petrol stations)
- 0.25% on all other purchases at home and abroad
Reward Black Credit Card
- 1% on all supermarket purchases (excluding supermarket petrol stations)
- 0.5% on all other purchases at home and abroad

If you shop at our partner retailers
If you are in the MyRewards programme and you shop at our partner retailers you can earn the following rewards every time you shop with one of the eligible cards: NatWest Visa debit card(s) or Reward/Reward Black credit card.
At least 1% at any MyRewards retailer - visit Where to earn Rewards(opens in a new window) for our MyRewards retailers.
At least 1% back on any additional retailers available under My Offers from NatWest.
You can access your MyRewards account to check out your latest personalised offers through our secure mobile banking app*. Just log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select ‘Earn Rewards’.
Alternatively, you can log in to MyRewards (opens in a new window) via Online banking or web browser and select "My Offers" to see our latest offers.
