There's no limit to the Rewards you can earn. Average earning of £83 in Rewards a year is based on paying bills of £345 a month and is before the Reward monthly account fee is paid.
As soon as your available Rewards balance is the equivalent of £5 or more, you can convert your Rewards to money, which you can either transfer into your NatWest bank account or use towards reducing your credit card balance.
Rewards can also be exchanged for e-codes at selected retailers or converted to money and donated to participating charities.
If you have a Select account, and did not sign up for Cashback Plus before 12th October 2015, you are not earning any Rewards. If you signed up for Cashback Plus before 12th October 2015, you are currently earning at least 1% Rewards at our Partner retailers and in personalised offers.

Monthly account fee starts from £2. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident.
Reward Account eligibility (for accounts opened on or after 26th June 2017)
To earn Rewards on your household bills, you’ll need to pay £1,500 into any personal current account(s) you have with us (as long as it’s not a Foundation, Basic or mortgage current account) every calendar month. The £1,500 can’t be transferred from another NatWest current account or savings account that you have with us. You must also log into online or mobile banking at least once every three months. Otherwise, we may not pay Rewards on household bills and we may convert your Reward account to a Select account.

To keep earning Rewards on your household bills, you must log into online or mobile banking at least once every three months.
All our travel insurance, car breakdown cover and home emergency cover is underwritten by U K Insurance Limited. Our mobile phone insurance is underwritten by Aviva.
