We want to deliver a more sustainable economy and future for the customers and communities we serve.

Ways we're taking action every day

From rolling out front-line colleague uniforms made from recycled plastic to launching Green Mortgages, we're taking action every day. Here are some of the ways you might experience it.

Colleague climate education

16,000 people across the NatWest Group will take part in a climate education programme by the end of 2024, including customer facing colleagues.

The University of Edinburgh will work with NatWest Group to develop the training, tools and content to support colleague education and awareness.

Broader climate awareness content will be made available to all colleagues.
