No problem, we'll get to the bottom of this. Firstly, go dig out a bank statement. Yours might come in a letter or it's in online banking, either way, that'll tell you what type of account you have.
Your other option is to log into online banking. From the "Account Summary" page select "Your Account". Just below the mini-statement that expands, select "View account details" and there you'll have it.
