How can I earn Rewards by using the mobile banking app?

Effective from 1st February 2020, to earn Rewards for logging in to our mobile banking app you will need to be registered for Mobile Banking. To register, simply download our app by searching for NatWest in your app store and check you hold a Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward and Reward Black.

Once registered, you can earn a monthly £1 Reward simply by logging in to your mobile banking app each month.

For joint accounts only one account holder needs to log into the mobile banking app each month to earn the Reward. The account nominee will then have it added into their MyRewards. This will be the same account holder who is nominated to earn the Direct Debit Reward. You’ll be able to choose which account holder is the nominee when you open your joint Reward current account. If you don’t choose, one of the joint account holders will be automatically selected. You can change this at any time.

The mobile banking app is available to customers with Online Banking, compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
