App available to customers with Online Banking and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Touch ID is available on selected Apple devices. Android Fingerprint is available on selected Android devices. Face ID is available on iPhone X and later models. Supported device list

Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (in Scotland) or Tesco ATM, as long as it’s within your daily withdrawal limit. You must have at least £10 available in your account.

Mobile number up to date?

It’s now even easier for you let us know if your mobile number has changed. Log into your app and tell us you want to update your phone number by using the ‘Message Us’ option located in the Help section.

Unlock the power of your mobile app

Unlock all the features of the mobile app by logging in, tapping your profile icon then ‘Unlock new features’. We’ll send an activation code to your registered mobile number, make sure it’s correct. Once received, pop it in and you’re ready to rock!

Certificate of interest

You can now access a certificate of interest for eligible accounts direct from your mobile app. To view your certificate of interest, select an account and tap ‘Documents’ option.

Credit card replacement

On the iPhone you can now order a replacement for a lost or damaged credit card (MasterCard) straight from your app. Select your credit card, tap ‘Manage my card’, then tap ‘Report lost, stolen or damaged’.

Manage your ISA

We’ve made it even easier to manage your ISA via our app by adding helpful guidance on how to reactivate your ISA account if it's been inactive for the past tax year.

Paperless credit card statements

You can now switch your NatWest mastercard to paperless statements through your mobile app. Going paperless is easy, it can help reduce paper waste and you can view up to 24 months of statements through the app.
