You can now sign up for our Mobile Banking app, Online Banking and telephone banking all in one go!

What you'll need:

Your mobile phone

Your Online Banking Customer Number, PIN and Password (Don't worry if you don't have these, you can get them by following the steps below)

Your step-by-step guide:

  1. 01

    Download our Mobile Banking app

  2. 02

    Enter your mobile number. We'll send you a text with an activation code. After you've read the app's terms and conditions you'll be asked to enter your activation code

  3. 03

    Create your passcode. Once you create your passcode you'll need it every time you want to use the app. It should be between 5 and 8 characters long

  4. 04

    Enter your customer number. This is the 10-digit number you receive when you set up Online Banking or telephone banking. It starts with your date of birth (ddmmyy), followed by four digits.

    Enter characters from your PIN. We never ask you for your full PIN or password, but the app will ask you for certain numbers from your PIN and a few characters from your password - just to make sure it's you.

    Excellent, you're up and running. You can now handle your finances from the comfort of your sofa, or bed... or the bus into town
