Whether you want to pay your mortgage or an additional mortgage account off in full, or you have decided to move your mortgage to another provider, you will require a redemption statement to do so. This statement will provide you with the total amount payable to redeem your mortgage, including your current mortgage balance, any fees applicable and the daily rate of interest.
You can order a redemption statement by calling our Mortgage Team over the phone and we will post it to the correspondence address we hold on file for you within 5 working days (please allow a further 4 working days for your statement to arrive).
