  • upload all your documents and sign without leaving the house
  • get quicker decisions on your application - up to 11 days faster
  • do your bit for the environment - we've saved over 3 million sheets of paper already

Locking and unlocking your credit card makes banking easier

Feature applies to Mastercard holders only.

Controlling your card from your phone

Credit cards like to play hide and seek. Which is why we help you lock and unlock your card with a simple tap of the app. Great for when cards are lost, then found. As well as locking your card, you can also control your card by:

  • managing your spend with daily or monthly budget alerts
  • telling us about your travel plans
  • adjusting your credit limit
App available to Online Banking customers with a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. Online Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest account.

Viewing your current accounts in one place makes banking easier

Viewing accounts with other banks is available to those who use our app. You need to be registered with your other bank for their online banking. This service only allows you to view your current account balances and transactions with your other bank. You can't make payments or transfers via our app. App eligibility criteria applies.

Has your money got more than one home? With our app you can see your current account balances and transactions in one place. Even if they're with other banks. That means:

  • no more searching here, there and everywhere to keep track of your money
  • no need to worry about multiple log-ins
  • simple on-screen instructions for easy set-up
This functionality is currently only available in the iOS app. We're working hard to make it available to customers using Android devices as soon as possible.
