We're changing how you can earn Rewards
On the 1st February 2020, instead of earning 2% back in Rewards on household bills, earn £4 in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits paid per calendar month (minimum Direct Debit value £2 each). Plus an extra £1 in Rewards when you login to our Mobile Banking app each month. That's up to £5 back in Rewards each month to spend on whatever you like!We're also reducing the amount you pay into any personal current account each calendar month from £1,500 to £1,250.

Rewards are only earned on household bills. Car and home insurance, magazine and journal subscriptions, home maintenance contracts, gym memberships and club subscriptions are not included.

You can also contact us or visit us in branch to ask them to add this missing supplier. Please make sure that the company you suggest meets our eligibility criteria i.e. the Direct Debit is not for commercial maintenance or insurance contracts.
