We understand that these are uncertain times, and many of you may be worried. Our banking app is the quickest and easiest way to manage your money from home. With the app you can:

  • Check your balance
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Cancel Direct Debits and standing orders
  • Simply message us through the app

Make sure your family and friends have access to do their banking from their home. 

Here's how you can help them get setup

We've created these five easy steps to support you with recommending the app to your family and friends.

    Log in to your mobile app

    Select 'Help' at the bottom of the app

  3. 03

    Select 'Recommend the app'

  4. 04

    From the options showing on your mobile, choose how you would like to share the link with your loved ones. You may have options such as, SMS, email or whatsapp

  5. 05

    Follow up with your family and friends via phone call or video call to support them through the setup
