How Post Office banking can help you

 

We've increased the number of services available at thousands of Post Office® branches across the UK.

As a NatWest Customer, you can:

Get a balance using your debit card and PIN

Withdraw cash using your debit card and PIN

Pay in cash with a pre-printed paying-in slip or chip and PIN debit card

Make cheque deposits with a pre-printed paying-in slip

Other things to know

Each Post Office is subject to individual cut off times and the level of service may differ at each Post Office. Please check with the Post Office you intend to use to find out more

Cash paid in through the Post Office will be added to a NatWest account when we receive it from the Post Office, which is usually within two working days. Please note sometimes it might take a little longer for cash to reach us from the Post Office

Cheques paid in through the Post Office will be added to a NatWest account when we receive the cheques from the Post Office which is usually within two working days. Please note sometimes it might take a little longer for cheques to reach us from the Post Office. The cheques will follow the normal cheque clearing cycle once we have received them from the Post Office

When using the Post Office to pay in, cash and cheques cannot be mixed in the same transaction. Separate paying-in slips are required

Personal customers will not be charged when transacting through the Post Office
