Store your receipts, safe and securely

Losing a receipt can be a pain, especially for valuable items. Receipt Management lets you effortlessly capture an image of your receipts and store them in one secure and searchable library, completely free.

Mobile App available to Online Banking customers with a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. This service is available to Premier & Business Banking customers only. Available on iOS (9 and above) and Android (4.4 and above).

Store receipts as proof of purchase or warranty reminders, handy if you want to return anything

How it works

Capture – photograph your receipt using your smartphone camera

Store – keep essential information about your purchases digitally (type, merchant, VAT, total, date and more).

Find - search receipts by item, currency, category, payment method or date range.

Share – create reports in Excel, CSV or PDF format and share with your bookkeeper or accountant.

Email - forward your e-receipts to your registered email address in the app.

Get started with Receipt Management

Do you have our Mobile Banking app?

As you already have the mobile app, this shouldn't take long at all

 
Follow these steps to start using Receipts:
  1. Log in to the NatWest Mobile App
  2. Select ‘Manage Receipts’ at the top of your Account Summary screen
  3. View the Terms and Conditions then either Accept or Cancel
  4. Create a password

You're ready to start capturing Receipts.

You'll need to download our mobile banking app to use Receipts

Once you're set up and ready to go, follow the these steps to get started:
