on its feet

Over the festive period there was severe flooding across Yorkshire. The town of Tadcaster was badly affected and local businesses, like Allen’s Ironmongers, saw their livelihoods badly damaged.

Rachel, the manager of both the Tadcaster and Wetherby branches, was determined to help her customers. She worked throughout Christmas and New Year to make sure everyone had access to a bank. She then made sure her customers could start to get back on track by making sure NatWest was one of the first branches to open again in the area.
