Your step-by-step guide:
Log in to the mobile app
On the app homepage, you’ll see an overview of your accounts including the overall amount and your “available” balance
Click into the account you want to look at more closely and tap 'View Transactions' and you’ll see a statement of all your recent transactions.
Please be aware, sometimes transactions will take a few days to show up
You also have two options for searching your transactions.
- With the first option you can tap the calendar icon which will allow you to search through up to 12 months of transaction history
- The second option is to tap the magnifying glass icon which will allow you to search for a specific transaction by name
App available to customers with Online Banking and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
