NatWest banking app

Send up to £750 securely to another person instantly, using their Sort Code and Account Number. No need to log into Online Banking and use a card reader.

It's great for sending money to pay bills instead of using cheques or cash. You can also get a PDF receipt for the payment after it's sent.

Please note that:

• Payments under £750 can be saved on the mobile app and will also show in Online Banking for future use.
• You must be aged 16 or over and there is a maximum of 5 payments totaling £750 per day.

Get Cash lets you withdraw money quickly from an ATM, without using your bank card, and it's great for those times when you pop out during your lunch hour but don't have cash on you.

Just open your app, tap on 'Get Cash' at the bottom and follow the step by step instructions. It's an easy and secure way to get money when you don't have your card.

Please note:

• Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (in Scotland), Ulster Bank NI or Tesco cash machine as long as it’s within your daily withdrawal limit. You must have at least £10 available in your account.

• Independent security experts regularly test, update, and confirm that our systems meet the highest standards of security you expect.
• Our registration steps are secure and we validate your details to make sure only you can access your accounts.
• With fingerprint and facial recognition, logging in to your app is safe. If your phone doesn't have these features you can create  a unique 5-8 digit passcode.

You can add selected accounts held at other UK banks into your NatWest app, as long as your other bank is one of the participating banks and you are registered for their online banking. Once added, you can see the balances and transactions of those selected accounts.

To add your accounts held elsewhere and check if they can be added, open your NatWest app and scroll to the bottom of your accounts.

Tap on "Add an account from another bank" or use your Profile section to get started.

Locking your card will stop it from being used for all transactions and if you do find it simply unlock it in the same way.

To lock or unlock your card, open your app, tap on the account the card is linked to and select 'Manage my card'.

You can now order any foreign currency you need using your banking app. To do this simply open your app, tap on an account and then 'Manage my card' to get started.

If you are going away, don't forget to let us know and reduce the chances of your card being blocked while you are abroad. Tell us your Travel Plans by using the 'Manage my card' option in your app.

Please note:

You can create one Travel Plan at a time. Each Travel Plan can include up to seven countries and last for 90 days.You must register each country you are visiting. Each Travel Plan covers one debit card or credit card. Joint account holders should register separately.
