    Login to your mobile banking app

    Tap 'Help' then tap 'Message us'

  3. 03

    You'll be able to speak to someone about changing the frequency of your statements there

  4. 04

    Make sure you've got the last four digits of your account number to hand

    Login to Online Banking

  2. 02

    Once logged in, head to webchat and start a conversation with one of our advisors

  3. 03

    They'll ask you a few security questions to confirm your identity so make sure you've got your password and PIN front of mind

What you'll need

 

Your NatWest card

Your step-by-step guide:

  1. 01

    Head into a branch and bring your NatWest card. We’ll ask you to tap in your PIN and use this as ID

  2. 02

    Provide us details on the changes you would like to make to the frequency of your statements
