You’re done. Check your Online Banking and you’ll see it’s been updated
For credit card customers:
A change of address form will be completed and submitted by the branch. It will then take 2 days for the change of address to be updated.
You can use telephone banking when you have registered for Online Banking, and vice versa. Online Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest account.
