Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to enter your mobile number and accept our Terms & Conditions. We will then ask you to confirm your mobile number so we can send you a one time activation code by text message. When you have this code, follow the simple steps below to sign up for the NatWest app.
Step 1 - Enter your mobile number here. Confirm your mobile number so that we can send an activation code to you.
Step 4 - Enter your customer number. If you don't know it, click the 'Need help?' button provided on this page.
Step 2 - Enter activation code here. We sent it to the mobile number you provided during the initial part of registration.
Step 5 - Enter your Online Banking PIN and Password. If you have forgotten these, click the 'Forgotten secure details'
Step 3 - Set up a passcode. You only have to do this once. You will need this passcode every time you log into the app so make sure you keep it safe
And that's it! You can now instantly check your balance, make payments and much more on the move. Start enjoying the NatWest app.

All brands all platforms – Soon our customers will be able to register for Mobile Banking as part of the account opening process. Our Customers will get access to our app instantly and won’t have to wait 24 hours. No debit cards necessary!
View Standing Orders and Direct Debits
All brands all platforms - View all your Direct Debits and standing orders in the mobile app
Get Cash limit now £10
All brands all platforms - Previously our customers needed to have at least £25 available funds in their account to use Get Cash, upon receiving your feedback this has now been reduced to £10!
All brands Android and Windows online - if you have lots of payees you no longer have to swipe through them all! Use the search function to help you locate the one your're looking for!
Improved touch ID login
IOS only all brands - The wording used to help customers login using TouchID has been improved

BB10 for Ulster and Offshore
Ulster and Offshore, all supported platforms - The Ulster, Offshore and Isle of Man app has now been released for Blackberry 10 phones!

Android only all brands - We have identified a scenario where the app becomes unresponsive. Upon login if we identify this scenario our customers will be told how to fix it.
