Card Disputes


I recently received a refund for money I lost through the collapse of a travel company, and am absolutely over the moon! It was brilliant that the bank were able to step in and look after myself and many others in the same situation and refund the money I lost - Thank you NatWest! 
I also had an incident last year where I lost my debit card. NatWest not only realised that it had been stolen before I did and cancelled the card, but also refunded me all the money that was taken. Really impressive service from a bank that takes great care of its customers!

Card Fraud & Branch


I recently had my card fraudulently used and a lot of money was taken from me. I had no idea what to do and haven't quite experienced stress like this. Everyone I encountered at NatWest was fantastic. I can't thank you all enough for supporting me through this. I spoke to people on the fraud team as well as people in branch and everyone was amazing! Especially the St. Paul's branch - thank you so much for your calm and supportive help, you were very caring when I was in your branch. A huge thank you to all of you for helping me resolve this so quickly and with confidence!
