To keep your money safe, we need either a copy of your ID, or a signature to open your account:


- We may email you with a link to do this online

- You'll also receive a pack in the post explaining how you can do this in branch

 

We’ve registered you for our online banking service. Once your account is open you can finish setting it up if you don't have it already.

 

Putting money into your account

 

Don’t forget to pay into your new account once it’s open. Your account will show in online banking within 24 hours of being opened. How do I set up a standing order?

 

Don’t bank with us? Simply contact your other bank with your new account details to arrange a transfer or set up a standing order.

 

I've finished my application and have my new account details

We are delighted that you have opened your new account. You will shortly receive written confirmation of your new account details.

 

Start saving straight away

 

If you set up a standing order now you don't need to think about moving money each month. It’s a great habit to start and you can easily change or cancel the standing order any time you like.
