So we don't cause you too much disruption, we do this in the early hours of the morning from 02:00 to 02:40.

Some customers are unable to view Credit Card information on Online Banking and Mobile.
We are also experiencing some problems with our telephony service for credit cards, which is limiting our ability to assist customers over the phone.
