We are changing the way we Reward you...

What's changing?

From February 1st 2020, we are making some changes to the way you earn Rewards through your Reward account. Instead of earning 2% Rewards back on household bills you will earn monthly Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits paid per calendar month plus additional Rewards for a monthly login to our mobile banking app. You will still earn 1% or more for spending at our partner retailers. 

Our mobile app is available to customers with Online Banking using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. 

 

Please note: There will be no change to the way you check your MyRewards balance or the way you redeem your Rewards.

Review your account options

If you want to switch your account to an account best suited for you, we can help. 

Once you visit our comparison webpage follow these simple instructions:

To change your account, select the account you would like to switch to and click on ‘Ready to apply’. Once you are ready to continue, select that you are an ‘Existing customer’ and that you would like to change accounts. You will then be able to start your application. 

If you are a Premier customer and would like to review your account options, contact your Premier Banking Manager.

Set up MyRewards

To login, you first need to set-up your MyRewards account. You'll need your NatWest debit card or Reward credit card details to hand. Once you're set up you can either Bank it, Trade up or Donate your Rewards.

Your MyReward log in details will be separate to your Online Banking login details.
