Bringing your mortgage home to us
NatWest mortgages are available to over 18s. Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
What is a remortgage?
A remortgage is when you change the mortgage you currently have, without moving home, by moving it from your existing lender to a new one, like us.
See our remortgage guide for more information.
Existing NatWest mortgage customer?
If you already have your mortgage with us, then this isn't a remortgage, it's called:
- Your current mortgage deal is due to finish
- You're currently on or within three months of moving onto your lender's Standard Variable Rate (SVR) and want to lock in a better rate
- You want to release quity on your home by borrowing more money against it
- You want to change the number of years remaining on your mortgage
