If you want to pay your mortgage off in full, or if you're in the process of re-mortgaging to another provider, then you'll need a redemption statement.
This will typically contain your current mortgage balance, outstanding interest, daily rate of interest, and any redemption or closure fees (if applicable).
Once you request the statement we will:
Tick Issue the statement within 5 working days of your request or sooner
Tick Email the statement to the address held on file. If we don’t have an email address, we will post the statement to the correspondence address we have for you”
Please note your redemption statement is only valid for 4 weeks from the issue date.

If you're re-mortgaging or you wish to pay off your mortgage in full, you can obtain a Redemption Statement online using Manage my Mortgage.

What address(es) will the statement be sent to if I/we have a join mortgage account?
If you have a joint mortgage account where more than one address is held on file, we will typically send the statement to both addresses.
What address(es) will the statement be sent to if I have a Buy to Let mortgage?
If you have a Buy to Let mortgage we will post the statement to the correspondence address held on file rather than the property address.
How do I update my correspondence address?
You can change your mortgage correspondence address in one of two ways. You can write to us at:
NatWest Mortgage Centre, PO Box 123, Greenock, PA15 1EF and ensure the letter is signed by all parties named on the mortgage;
Or alternatively you can pop into your local branch where we can update the information there.
After receipt of your request we will update your correspondence address within 5 working days and we will notify you of the change by letter.
What if I have an offset NatWest mortgage?
If you have an offset mortgage with us then the forms above are not applicable to your product - please call us instead.
