We've introduced the first ever paperless mortgage application. This makes the whole process quicker, easier and greener. Now you can upload, sign and review all your documents online, any time you like.
2. Compare our rates
The best place to start is our mortgage calculator. Use it to compare our mortgage rates, and to see your monthly repayments for our fixed-rate and tracker mortgages.
3. Get an Agreement in Principle
Already found the property you want to buy? Then it's time for an Agreement in Principle to see how much we may be able to lend you. This won't affect your credit score, and it will put you in the ideal position to start bidding on the property.
Mortgage offers and schemes
Borrow up to 95% of your home's value
A 95% mortgage allows you to borrow up to 95% of the total cost of your property.
You'll need a deposit of 5% or more, but less than 10%. The property you're buying needs to be worth less than £600,000.
Get cashback with your mortgage
Get a cashback mortgage with us and we'll give you £250 cashback on your legal fees the day you draw down your mortgage.
This offer is only available on selected mortgages marked with 'cashback', and we can change or withdraw it any time. Early repayment charges might apply and there's a maximum Loan to Value of 85%.
