Pay your card by Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is easy and convenient, once set up your payment will be automatically taken each month to pay your credit card statement bill.

You can set up a Direct Debit within Online Banking where you can choose to pay either the minimum amount, a fixed amount, or your full credit card balance every month.

If you set up a Direct Debit we will tell you on your monthly statement how much and when we will claim the Direct Debit.

You can always make additional one off payments with Online Banking from your NatWest current account.

Pay your credit card yourself

You can make one off payments yourself, it's just as easy to do. There's a number of ways you can pay your credit card:

  • Mobile app
  • Direct Debit 
  • Online Banking (from a NatWest current account)
  • Telephone banking (up to 2 hours via faster payment)
  • In NatWest branches
  • By cheque (up to 7 working days)
