If you think your credit card - or any of your card details, such as the PIN - may have been stolen, you should report it to us to avoid the possibility of fraud. Please check the transactions on your account, and call us as soon as possible on:

You can report your credit card as lost or damaged via Online Banking. Log in, and visit 'Cards' from the left hand menu. Here you can report your card as lost or damaged and order a replacement.

Once you've reported your card as lost or damaged, a replacement card will be sent to you within five working days.
