How do I pay someone for the first time using Online Banking?
Making a payment for the first time
- Log in to Online Banking (you may need your mobile app if you have registered for Biometrics or your card reader to do this)
- Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu to take you to the Payments and transfers landing page
- Choose the account you want to make the payment from using the account picker
- Select 'Pay someone new' under 'Select who to pay'
- Follow the instructions on screen until you reach the confirmation page which will let you know that your payment is complete or scheduled
