Eligibility criteria

NatWest Private is available to all customers with a sole income of at least £100,000 paid into their NatWest account, or minimum outstanding mortgage borrowings with us of £300,000, or savings and investments of at least £100,000 held with us.

If your phone is lost or stolen, you must contact your network provider within 24 hours (48 hours if you are abroad). You should also report it to the police and get a crime reference number
