Here's why our app might be right for you

Fingerprint login 

Use fingerprint login on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone? Then you can use it to log into the app.

Touch ID is available on selected Apple devices. Simply login once you’ve updated the app and go to the ‘More Menu’ to enable this option.

Check your balance

Wondering if that refund is back in your account yet? Use your app to check your balance.

View your balances for not only your current account but your NatWest credit card, mortgage and savings accounts too.

 

You can also check your transactions going back seven years. Just tap on a particular transaction to see more details.

Transfer money between your own accounts

Have some money left over at the end of the month? Why not transfer it into your rainy day fund?

Choose the account you wish to move the money from, click ‘Transfer between accounts’ and follow the simple steps.

Pay Someone New

Need to pay a friend or tradesman? You can use your app to pay anyone up to £250 with just their account number and sort code. You don’t need a card reader or to have paid them before using Online Banking.

To pay someone new, choose your current account then click ‘Payments’. On the next screen, choose ‘Select payee’ then ‘Pay someone new’ and enter their details.  

 

Once the payment is made you have the option to share a PDF payment confirmation via email, save to your Cloud/Phone or print directly from the app.

Important information

 

The payment details will not be saved. You must have available funds to send from your account (including any overdraft facility). Maximum of 5 payments totalling £250 per working day, which is separate from your daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.

 

For security reasons, the first time you use a feature that allows money to leave your account with the mobile app, you will be asked to confirm a second activation code.

 

Withdraw cash without a card

Forgotten your debit card? No problem - you can still take cash out with our app.

Just open up your app, click ‘Get Cash’ at the bottom of the screen and select how much you’d like to withdraw (up to £130). Click ‘next’ and we’ll give you a secure code to enter at any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (in Scotland) or Tesco cash machine.

 

You can use this service up to twice a day, but can only have one cash code at a time. If the code expires, the money will go back into your account within 24 hours.

Important Information

 

You must have at least £10 available funds to withdraw from your account (including any overdraft facility) and an active debit card for your account.
