Report a lost debit card

You can report a lost debit card and order a replacement in Online Banking. Your lost card will be cancelled so it can't be used, and you can continue to use the same PIN when the replacement card arrives.

How do I report my card as lost?

Login to Online Banking, choose 'cards' from the left hand menu and click on 'Report your debit card as lost'.

Please note: If your debit card has been stolen or you think someone else might have access to your PIN, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the card and issue you with a new PIN.
