The NatWest Mobile Branch Banking service operates 5 days a week, all year round except for Christmas day / Bank Holidays and can accept deposits, cash withdrawals, bill payments, and has an on-board customer phone facilities for contacting central areas to enquire about loans, credit cards, mortgages, insurance, etc.
The Mobile Bank service is available in the following areas:
- North & West Cumbria
- East Anglia
- Kent and East Sussex
- North East Wales
- North West Wales
- Cumbria, North Yorkshire & North Lancashire
- Isle of Wight
- Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire
- South Downs
- South West England and Yeovil
- South West Wales
Customers visiting the mobile branch bank will be able to carry out a range of personal banking transactions onboard, including:
- Cashing cheques
- Making account deposits
- Paying bills
- Accessing forms to open accounts
Our Mobile Branch staff are happy to help Customers contact main areas of the bank so they can make enquiries or get quotes for all of NatWest's major products, such as loans, credit cards and insurance. This can prove vital to customers unable to get to a traditional High Street branch.
