Mobile Banking

Our app is quick and easy to use

  • Log in with your fingerprint (Available on iPhone 5s, 6, 6 plus and Android devices that support Fingerprint Authentication)
  • Make instant payment up to a maximum of £250 per day (You must be 16 or over and have available funds in your account. You can make up to 5 payments per day. This is separate from your daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits)
  • Manage your Direct Debits and standing orders
  • View your transactions for the last 7 years
  • Top up your mobile phone
  • Get cash without your debit card. (Get Cash allows a maximum withdrawal limit of £130 every 24 hours and this must be within the daily withdrawal limit for your debit card. There is a maximum limit of 2 Get Cash withdrawals per day. You must have at least £10 available funds to withdraw from your account (including any overdraft facility). You must have have an active debit card for your account.)

Banking on your tablet

On the phone or in the branch

As well as our mobile and online services there always telephone banking and our branch network

  • We've increased the number of services available at thousands of Post Offices® across the UK giving you more choice as to how you choose to bank with us.
  • If you live or visit a rural community, our mobile branch bank could be the answer if there is no branch near by.
  • Use our ATMs to check your balance, top up your mobile and much more
  • If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can still access your cash through our telephone service with Emergency cash. If you are registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking, the adviser will authorise you to withdraw £20 - £300, and £60 if not. The adviser will give you a six digit code that you can enter at any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Tesco ATMs to use within 3 hours
