Making A Credit Card Claim For Monarch Airlines?
If you are raising a claim for flights booked with Monarch, please note we need specific information in the following fields:
Where we ask for the detailed description of the goods or services ordered please clearly state the dates of each flight together with where the flights are from and to, please also include the number of passengers.
Where we ask for the expected delivery or service start date please enter 02/10/2017.
If your claim is relating to a package holiday booked directly with Monarch Holidays please complete the form as normal with the flight information noted above together with the following information:
The name of the hotel
The number of nights booked
The number of and type of rooms
The number of occupants including specifically the number of adults and children if applicable
Whether the holiday was full or half board or self catering
Full details of any airport transfers and car hire if applicable that were part of and paid for as part of the package
Where we ask for the service date please enter 07/10/17
Due to the high number of claims being submitted please allow 28 days for us to respond
