It's important you make your claim as soon as possible after the incident has occurred or been discovered.

Step 1: If you’re claiming for something that has been stolen, you should always report the incident to the police before doing anything else.

Step 2: Ideally have your Insurance Policy reference number ready, don't worry if you can't find it though. It just makes the process a little quicker!

Step 3: Call the NatWest Insurance Team, we're here to help! We will register your claim straight away and answer any queries you may have and take you through the whole process. We have a 24 hour emergency helpline available to our customers.
