You can now report your debit or savings card as lost or damaged and order a new one Online.

Once you’ve reported your debit card is lost or stolen, your new card will be with you within five working days.
Lines are open 24 hours a day. Calls may be recorded. The maximum call charge from a BT landline is 8p plus 8p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary.
