Reward Account eligibility: To earn Rewards on your household bills, you’ll need to pay £1,500 into any personal current account(s) you have with us (as long as it’s not a Foundation, Basic or mortgage current account) every calendar month. The £1,500 can’t be transferred from another NatWest current account or savings account that you have with us. You must also log into online or mobile banking at least once every three months. Otherwise, we may not pay Rewards on household bills and we may convert your Reward account to a Select account.
Reward Silver, Reward Platinum and Reward Black eligibility: To keep earning Rewards on your household bills, you must log into online or mobile banking at least once every three months.

To use Apple Pay in stores you need an iPhone 6/6S, 6/6S Plus or Apple Watch. Apple Pay can also be used to pay within apps on iPhone 6/6S, 6/6S Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro and iPad Mini 3 and 4.
Apple Pay is available on all our NatWest personal current accounts excluding Basic, Adapt and Overdraft Control. All NatWest MasterCard credit cards are eligible, Visa credit cards are excluded. Business debit cards and Business credit cards are not currently supported.
