Paying by Direct Debit is easy and convenient. Choose a date and amount you'd like to pay, and the rest is done for you.

You can set up a Direct Debit by calling us, or by using Online Banking or Credit Card Online Services. You can choose to pay either the minimum amount, a fixed amount, or the full total of your credit card balance.

If you set up a Direct Debit for the minimum or fixed amount, the payment is claimed 25 calendar days from the statement date, or shortly afterwards.

If you set up a Direct Debit for the full credit card balance, the payment is claimed 15 calendar days from the statement date, or shortly afterwards.
