Once you've reported that your card has been lost or stolen, a replacement card will be sent to you within five working days.

To report your card lost or stolen, call us on:

Lines are open 24 hours a day. Calls may be recorded. Cost of calls from overseas may vary.

If you manage your credit card through Online Banking, you can also report your card lost or stolen there, and order a replacement online.

If you think your card - or any of your card details - have been stolen, you should report it to us as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of fraud.

Always remember to keep you PIN safe, and do not disclose it to anyone. As a bank, we will never ask you to reveal your PIN to us.

You can report your credit card as lost or damaged via Online Banking. Log in, and visit 'Cards' from the left hand menu. Here you can report your card as lost or damaged and order a replacement.

Once you've reported your card as lost or damaged, a replacement card will be sent to you within five working days.
