Once you've reported that your card has been lost or stolen, a replacement card will be sent to you within five working days.

If you manage your credit card through Online Banking, you can also report your card lost or stolen there, and order a replacement online.
If you already have a NatWest credit card, you can change it to one from our current credit card range.
Your credit limit, Direct Debit and PIN will not change and no credit reference agency checks are required either.
You can transfer balances of any amount up to 95% of your available credit limit, and we'll give you an instant decision over the phone.
