You can use both NatWest Online Banking (where you can manage your cards & NatWest bank accounts together) and Credit Card Online Services which lets you manage in even more detail.

There is also our Mobile app (for existing NatWest current account holders) and you can contact us by phone too.

Available to NatWest personal customers with a NatWest debit card, Online Banking and a UK mobile number starting 07.

Our Mobile app can also help you manage your NatWest credit card alongside any NatWest accounts you have whilst you're on the move.

With our mobile app you can: 

  • Check the balance of your credit card
  • Pay your credit card bill
  • View your recent credit card transactions
